Issue 26 – The Leadership Skill No One Teaches
[Issue #26]

This week we cracked open Multipliers by Liz Wiseman.
Some leaders drain intelligence. Others amplify it. Wiseman calls the latter "Multipliers", or leaders who make everyone around them smarter, more capable, and more engaged.
Multipliers don’t hog the spotlight or micromanage. They create space for others to think, speak, and step up. They ask better questions, challenge people to rise to the occasion, and genuinely believe that intelligence is everywhere, not just at the top.
If you've ever worked with someone who made you feel ten feet tall, odds are they were a Multiplier.

"The successful networkers I know, the ones receiving tons of referrals and feeling truly happy about themselves, continually put the other person's needs ahead of their own."
— Bob Burg, author and speaker
